Cancellation Policy

To ensure all clients have access to available booking slots, please provide at least 24hrs notice if you are unable to attend. A $50 no-show fee will apply if you don't provide 24hr notice. For group program bookings, unfortunately no refund will be given if you have to cancel due to limited booking numbers.
