As a young women who has travelled with sport at an elite level to now being a mother of two little girls, I am passionate about supporting women through their different stages of life. With busy lifestyles, the constant influx of misleading messaging and saturation of ultra-processed products on the market, it's no wonder people are confused on how best to regain balance and control over their health again.

I aim to build product awareness and educate on the basic biological responses to different foods and drinks to better understand the impacts on the human body. With knowledge, it helps reduce food noise and allows you to make informed nutrition choices that is enjoyable and flexible.

Nutritional genetic testing instantly grabbed my attention within my Masters degree and I have been delivering this personalised nutrition advice for four years now. This is the future of nutrition and what I believe is a truly remarkable asset to know about yourself to enhance your health.
